Join us for three power packed hours as Lead Up for Women’s next stop is in New York City, NY! We are traveling the Nation uniting women of all cultures, race, and diversity in realizing their greatest potential by inspiring and educating each other to lean in to their best self by tapping into your unique power; then in turn, you will inspire others to do the same. Learn what it means to lead without permission as we fill the hours with purposeful connections with attendees and local women, be inspired and motivated to be part of something bigger than yourself. We have engaged influential leaders with years of leadership knowledge and stories of bravery and confidence to share. Lead Up for Women welcomes Katie Dalton,  Executive Vice President of Audience Rewards  and Laura Kozelouzek, CEO of Quest Workspaces to share their experience and teach how business and personal success is possible for all women, including YOU!

We also have a special surprise in store for our attendees regarding the Keep Smiling Movement! The Keep Smiling Movement, Inc., an International nonprofit Organization, is providing “Keep Smiling” cards for our attendees and our photographer, Robert Worth Films, will be taking photos (at the luncheon of course) & your image will be posted virally online and will be included in the Keep Smiling Movement book projects which include influencers, celebrities, entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, speakers, and authors like Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Matthew McConaughey, Frank Shankwitz, John Travolta, Quincy Jones, and YOU! 🙂 

Katie Dalton is the Executive Vice President of Audience Rewards, the Official Rewards Program of Broadway & the Arts. Audience Rewards is a powerful marketing partner for Broadway shows, representing over 2.5 million customers. Prior to leading Audience Rewards, Katie developed marketing campaigns for clients including the Boston Symphony Orchestra and MoMA. She began her career in Washington, D.C., after graduating from the University of Virginia. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Movemeant Foundation, a non-profit that helps teen girls build confidence and life skills; and as a mentor in the NYU-Tisch Drama Women’s Mentorship Program.

Laura Kozelouzek is a recognized expert, visionary, and leader in the serviced-hospitality  and co-working industry for over 30 years. She is an innovator and entrepreneur, and is well respected for her ability to create “high energy” results oriented co-working cultures.  In July 2010, Laura created Quest Workspaces, inspired by a need to provide business owners with a high end, high touch, all-inclusive work space solution that offered true flexibility and business building opportunities.  Quest Workspaces operates 12 locations; 10 in Florida, currently Miami’s 3rd largest coworking operator, and 2 in New York City representing over 3,000 clients and 360,000 SF.  In 9 years, Quest has become a leading brand, featured in over 65 publications including; Wall Street Journal, CBS News, Fortune Magazine and New York Times, named one of Inc 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2016 and 2018, and voted Best Place to Work every year since 2012.  Prior to Quest Workspaces, Laura founded Synergy Workplaces in 2004, growing the company to 25 national locations, with over 25 million in sales. In 2008, Synergy was sold to Carr Workplaces. Before Synergy, Laura spent 19 years in the commercial real estate and hospitality industries. During that time, as an executive at HQ/Regus, she was responsible for its most profitable region, representing 80 locations, 5,000 customers and generated $180 million in annual sales. While at HQ, she played a lead role in an industry “roll up” and consolidating the sector. As a serial Entrepreneur, in addition to her co-working companies, Laura has owned a trendy NYC restaurant, launched a NYC real estate newspaper, and a brokerage business. Most notably, Laura is the recipient of dozens of leadership, service and real estate awards. She graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women. One of her greatest accomplishments is the creation of Quest Cares in 2012,  a program that supports local nonprofits with complimentary office space and services through Quest. To date the program has donated over $650,000 to over a dozen deserving charities. Laura plays a very active role in the workspaces community as board member of the Global Workspace Association, WANY, and All Good Workspace. She is also a frequent speaker at coworking, real estate and entrepreneurial conferences, and for various educational seminars at the university and post graduate level.  Laura specializes in team building and mentoring, and how to create a work environment that embraces work life balance, which in turn translates to longevity of staff and cultivating talent from within. When Laura is not in the office, she can be found spending her time with her teenage son Jordan on the ski slopes, scuba diving, water skiing or traveling.  To say Laura is an adrenaline junkie and adventurist would be an understatement! Her energy is contagious and her vision is breathtaking.
