Join us for three power packed hours as Lead Up for Women’s next stop is in Philadelphia! We are traveling the Nation uniting women of all cultures, race, and diversity in realizing their greatest potential by inspiring and educating each other to lean in to their best self by tapping into your unique power; then in turn, you will inspire others to do the same. Learn what it means to lead without permission as we fill the hours with purposeful connections with attendees and local women, be inspired and motivated to be part of something bigger than yourself. We have engaged a strong panel of influential leaders with years of leadership knowledge and stories of bravery and confidence to share; Lead Up for Women welcomes Marnie Schneider, Author and Granddaughter to Leonard Tose, previous owner of the Philadelphia Eagles and the founder of the Ronald McDonald House and Founder of Keep on Playing Foundation; Sharon Lontoc, Chief Human Resources Officer at Title Alliance, Ltd; And Gina Noda, Founder & Principal Consultant at Connect Source Consulting Group, LLC. to share their experience and teach how business and personal success is possible for all women, including YOU!

 

Marnie Schneider

A Philadelphia native, Marnie’s life has been driven by sports. Her grandfather, Leonard Tose, was the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles and the founder of the Ronald McDonald House. His dedication to family, charity, and sports taught Marnie the importance of giving back, something she has carried forward into her career in the nonprofit sector. Marnie is the founder of the Keep On Playing Foundation, whose mission is to give underprivileged children the opportunity to learn confidence, leadership, and the importance of teamwork through sports. She is the author of four children’s books in the Football Freddie & Fumble the Dog series: Gameday in Philadelphia, Gameday in the Carolinas, Gameday in Atlanta, and Gameday in Pittsburgh (forthcoming, April 2019).The fifth book, Gameday in Chicago, is expected in fall 2019.

 

Sharon Lontoc

A graduate of Christopher Newport University and Old Dominion University, Sharon Lontoc’s career in Human Resources began as a graduate school co-op student working in the Labor Relations Department as a Labor Relations Officer for a transportation corporation. She has since served as Manager of Strategic Staffing and Employee Relations where she led the improvement of business performance, organizational processes, and staff relationships through execution of strategic initiatives and key tactical program development. Throughout her career, Lontoc has held positions including Vice President of Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources for a top financial services firm. She has been responsible for areas of the business including talent management, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, business strategy and organizational design. She also has extensive experience with human capital functions including development, implementation and refinement of strategic and operational strategies focused on alignment with the overall business strategy.  As Chief Human Resources Officer, Lontoc is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy and innovative operating models in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of Title Alliance.

 

Gina Noda

I am the Founder & Principal Consultant of Connect Source Consulting Group, LLC. (CSCG) – Connect Source CONNECTS the retail world’s suppliers and various consulting companies to retail corporations across the country, specializing in Management Consultant and outsourced Business Development Services, helping individuals & businesses get to the next level. My company is based on the foundation of Conscious Capitalism, doing business with my HEART to elevate all of humanity, every contract that I receive I donate a portion to something that is near and dear to my HEART. I have a true PASSION and LOVE for CONNECTING with people on a deeper personal & professional level.
