Why Lead Up for Women?

Lead Up for Women was organized to provide a platform for every woman to have all of the resources needed in one organization to live her best life, whether that be rising to the upper rungs of the corporate ladder, launching her own business, or requiring the strength of many other women through leadership and inspiration regardless of her qualifications or achievements.

“THE CODE” of Professional Ethics

Our “Code” lays down the standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality which all members of the Association shall be bound to respect in their work.



Colleen Biggs

Colleen Biggs wants equality for women and is aware of the gender bias women face in the workforce. She believes that living your best life means choosing to Lead Up without permission. She survived an early childhood of chaos, loss, and abuse; through these trials she was able to accomplish her lifelong pursuit to love unconditionally. Read more →
